Employee Assistance Program


As an additional service to employers, as well as job-seekers, FirstSource Staffing offers all candidates we place in temporary and permanent jobs free access to our Employee Assistance Program. We encourage everyone to participate.

The Employee Assistance Program helps candidates understand and overcome any workplace or personal issues that might be preventing them from succeeding on the job. Candidates who participate in the program receive assistance in framing their career goals and planning concrete steps towards achieving those goals. We consistently emphasize that the best route to career success is always superior performance on every temporary or permanent job one does.

Through this program candidates can get supplemental computer training right here in FirstSource’s own computer lab.
